Pelle Agorelius AB is an innovative entrepreneur living and working at Saxhytte Gård in Grythyttan, a well-known culinary centre. The Agorelius family have developed their own business and estates there since 1648. Today, Pelle Agorelius works with his own brand Saxhyttegubben to produce Blåbär 100 % (pure blueberry non alcoholic juice) and Lingon 100 % Snaps (lingonberry juice).

He also has developed the brand Husmansbord, which promotes local Swedish food by giving awards to small and middle-sized producers. He collaborates with the Gourmand Awards and will bring some world class swedish cookbooks and local and awarded ingredients to the opening party of Swedish Design Moves.
