Blå Station will present several new products, including the module sofa Bob, which you can buy by the metre and that has already been well received by architects and by the media, winning Editor’s Choice award 2017. It’s a "clever idea that produces a flexible seating system with a strikingly simple aesthetic. A new modular typology that could work equally in the home or in commercial spaces." Designed by Thomas Bernstrand and Stefan Borselius, it’s a dream for architects who can create any size, colour or shape they want. Other new products are Lucky, a chair by Luka Sepa, a young Slovakian designer that Blå Station met at Salone Satellite last year, and the easychair Pocket, a collaboration with the Spanish design studio, Stone Designers.
The Åhus-based furniture company Blå Station has worked and produced in the south of Sweden for over 30 years, always interpreting the challenges of our times, and following the changes in the way we live with functional, material and technical solutions to meet these needs. “The process, and the road from idea to product is the driving force.”
