Claesson Koivisto Rune is a Swedish architectural partnership, founded in Stockholm in 1995 by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune. It is an internationally acclaimed, multi-disciplinary office with an equal emphasis on architecture and design.

Folkform will collaborate with the craftsmen in an old bookbinding workshop in 5vie, Legatoria Conti Borbone, to make a series of unique books and to exhibit new revolving bookcases and a new reading lamp under the exhibition name Libreria Folkform.

Studio Emma Fox will exhibit in Ventura Lambrate. Emma is a New Zealand industrial designer practicing in both Sweden and in New Zealand, when in Sweden Emma is based at Lund University in Skåne.

Young ceramic designer Agnes Fries and Giada Yeya Montomoli have been invited by photographer Cristopher Broadbent to the show Here today(…) to present their first collection Something Blue, inspired by their new tool - a reinterpretation of the traditional brush into a marker. It is a modern take on cobalt painting, an ancient technique saturated in tradition.

All over Milan you will find traces of the Swedish design group Front. Among them are new collaborations with three companies from the south and west of Sweden. Its new, award-winning Button Sofa for Swedese and the Mist lamp for the lighting company Zero both launched at the Stockholm Furniture Fair. It also designs for Offecct, Thonet, Kartell, FontanaArte.

ARMOUR mon AMOUR is Färg & Blanche’s first solo exhibition in Milan, showing more than 10 new objects, furniture items, large sculpture and light installation. The 200 square meter former church, Teatro Arsenale, which today is used as a theater, will be transformed for a week in a experimental laboratory questioning the relations between hard and soft in terms of material, production methods, shape, and ideas.

Monica Förster Design Studio will be launching 15 new projects with four major Swedish furniture companies, Swedese, Offecct Skultuna, Bolon and Bosnian company Zanat – a collaboration that started in 2015. Monica Förster is the creative director of both Swedese and Zanat.

Industrial designer Anna Gudmundsdottier has been invited to participate in the Composed Exhibition in Ventura Lambrate. She will be exhibiting her collection Beyond local, consisting of everyday homeware objects created in collaboration with local manufacturers in the south of Sweden.

Henzel is showing a collection of handmade art rugs and pillows designed by Calle Henzel and curated by Joakim Andreasson in cooperation with The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts.

In a 700sqm space in Ventura Centrale, designer Luca Nichetto and perfumer Ben Gorham have created a conceptual glass installation for Murano glass company Salviati. It’s an emotional installation that invites new creations and designers.

Färg & Blanche’s exhibition Armour mon Amour will host its latest collection of Bolon’s experimental textiles, along with furniture, sculptures and an interactive exhibition.

You might recognise the iconic blue and white pattern of Hästens beds. In Milan, Hästens will be launching two new beds – the first time in its165-year history that the company has engaged in a design collaboration bed where the results are available for the public to buy.

Kasthall has been designing and manufacturing unique woven and hand-tufted rugs since 1889. Over the years, Kasthall has become one of the world leaders in the design and manufacture of carpets, and is represented in 30 countries with showrooms in Stockholm, Milan and New York.

Offecct will launch its showroom in Milan this year presenting an unique installation of Luca Nichetto’s new Phoenix chair, which is a prime example of Offecct’s Lifecircle philosophy. Every detail has been designed and produced to ensure that the life cycle of the whole piece is as sustainable as possible.

Zero will be showing both at Euroluce at Rho Fiera in and in its own showroom. The new lights are designed by Front, Jens Fager, Thomas Bernstrand, Note and Johanna Jacobson Backman.
